DELIVERY ZONES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver our products to selected European countries*, the United Kingdom, and the USA. We have three fulfillment centers: one in Germany for orders within the DACH region, another in England for orders within England and the delivery of English-language games to Europe, and the third in the USA for American orders.

Germany: 2 - 4 working days
EU*, UK: up to 6 working days
USA: up to 6 working days

The delivery times apply from the moment the order has left our fulfillment centers or you have received your shipping confirmation.
This may take 1-2 business days in addition to the delivery time.

We work hard and with love to make sure that your Wonderbow products reach you as quickly as possible. Together with our partners, we ensure that the production and shipping of your orders is risk-free in every respect - all processes are also regularly checked and realigned if necessary.

Please note: shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Digital vouchers do not count towards the required minimum order quantity as they are generally free of shipping charges.
