If you discover any missing or damaged* components in your game, you can request a replacement by filling out the form below.
* A small fee or shipping costs may apply in the following cases:
- Components have minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect gameplay
- Components are damaged due to improper care or accidental mishandling
- Components show normal wear and tear from regular use
It's important to note that Wonderbow Games does not cover duties, customs clearance, or import feesโthese are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: We're unable to replace boxes, inserts or plastic trays. If your game box and/or insert suffered damage during shipping from our online store, please fill out the form. We'll do our best to assist you.
We process requests within 2-3 weeks in most regions. However, processing times may be longer during Kickstarter campaigns, fulfillment periods, or major conventions.
