DELIVERY ZONES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver our products to selected European countries*, the United Kingdom, and the USA/Canada. 

Germany: 3 - 5 working days
EU*, UK: up to 10 working days
USA: up to 8 working days
Canada: up to 14 days

The delivery times apply from the moment the order has left our fulfillment centers or you have received your shipping confirmation.
This may take 1-2 business days in addition to the delivery time.

We work hard and with love to make sure that your Wonderbow products reach you as quickly as possible. Together with our partners, we do everything we can to make the production and shipping of your orders as smooth and reliable as possible, and we regularly review and adjust our processes where needed.

*the selected countries are all members of the European Union plus Switzerland and Norway.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we're unfortunately unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. For pre-orders, a change may still be possible as long as the item hasn't shipped yet, just reach out to us in this case.
