DELIVERY ZONES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver to selected European countries*, UK and the US.
We have two fulfillment centers, one located in Germany for European orders and the second located in the US, for American orders.
From Germany with tracked shipping via DHL commodity mail ("Warenpost") or DHL, from the US with USPS.
Germany: 2 - 4 working days
EU*, UK: up to 6 working days
USA: up to 6 working days
The delivery times apply from the moment the order has left our fulfillment centers or you have received your shipping confirmation.
This may take 1-2 business days in addition to the delivery time.
We work hard and with love to make sure that your Wonderbow products reach you as quickly as possible. Together with our partners, we ensure that the production and shipping of your orders is risk-free in every respect - all processes are also regularly checked and realigned if necessary.
