🚛 Fulfillment Update by Region – October 29th
This update applies only to orders marked as “locked for fulfillment” in the pledge manager. You can see this status on the final confirmation page, under your address:

All orders marked "locked for fulfillment" have been shipped, and everyone should have either received their game or at least a tracking code.
❗️Please remember to check your spam folder and keep track of your shipment. If your game hasn’t arrived by November 4th, email us at community@wonderbowgames.com, and we’ll assist further.
Additional Info for Canada:
Tracking codes are generated in bulk at the U.S. fulfillment center and sent when your package is packed. The tracking code will become active once the package is handed off to Canpar, which may take up to two weeks.
Additional Info for North American Orders with Nebula:
Orders with Nebula have not yet shipped, as production and shipment of Nebula is delayed. Check out Update #15 for more information. We currently estimate a December delivery, but we’re still awaiting a confirmed ETA from the shipping company.
Additional Info for EU:
Shipments originate from the UK and are initially tracked by Royal Mail. Once your package arrives in your country, you can continue tracking it through your local postal service’s website. Be sure to check both tracking sites for updates.
If we identify any region-specific issues (such as those involving Postnord in Sweden/Denmark), we’ll reach out to affected backers individually via email.
Notes on customs/VAT for EU orders:
All charges are pre-paid; however, in rare cases, customs authorities may request VAT payment. If this occurs:
- Please pay the fee to avoid delays in delivery.
- Save the receipt or proof of payment from the courier.
- Contact Zatu at fulfilment@zatu.co.uk with: your order number, a copy/photo of the customs payment receipt and your PayPal email for reimbursement
- Once Zatu receives your email, they’ll fully reimburse the fees and manage any further communication with customs.
➡️ Asia / RoW (VFI):
All orders marked "locked for fulfillment" are en route. You can check your status on the VFI site here https://vfi.asia/hubs/ , under “K” for Kelp. Note that fulfillment in Asia typically takes much longer compared to shipping in Europe or North America as VFI consolidates shipments, then sends them to hubs for safe and affordable delivery to individual addresses.
3️⃣ The order is not locked for fulfillment?! 😳
If your pledge manager order doesn’t show as "locked for fulfillment", it means you still need to pay for shipping or recently completed it after our deadlines, so it will ship in an upcoming wave.
For context: we fulfill the campaign in waves, exporting large batches of orders for each scheduled shipping window. Unlike typical online retail, orders aren’t shipped daily. If you missed a deadline, your order will ship in one of the remaining waves:

We are incredibly proud that everything has been going so well, with most of the games already delivered, which allows us to move forward with our retail plans in North America, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand. If you missed our deadlines, you might just spot the game in stores before it reaches you! 😉
Fulfillment in Asia is still ongoing. A few stores placed orders during the campaign, and these will be delivered in one of the upcoming shipping waves as well.
We’re eager for every backer to complete their pledge manager, especially those who may have missed previous deadlines. With that being said, we won’t be able to hold inventory indefinitely. To keep everyone updated, we’ll send individual emails to those who have not completed the pledge manager by December and discuss further progress, so please keep an eye out for those.
